The conference fee is €230 until May 7, 2025 (early-bird fee) and €260 afterward.

We have some great news to share regarding the EATAW 2025 Conference! Thanks to the generous support from a European institution, the Organising Committee and EATAW Board are happy to offer fee waivers to specific participants. We especially encourage applicants from PhD students and individuals from countries and regions facing financial challenges or where funding is difficult to secure.

We think that everyone should be able to join EATAW 2025; therefore, if you, or someone you know, are eligible for a fee waiver, please send an email to eataw2025@ie.uminho.pt explaining the reasons for their request.

 

We have established the following priorities for allocating waivers: 

• Priority group 1: Ukraine;

• Priority group 2: Moldova, Kosovo, Bosnia, Albania, South Caucasus, Macedonia, Portuguese-speaking countries from Africa and East Timor;

• Priority group 3: New member states of CEE, Africa, Brazil

• Priority group 4: Portugal;

• Last priority: other countries.
